Clinics and hospitals have so far mainly used a large number of Excel files for their planning projects. The development cooperation between K|M|S Vertrieb und Services AG and Seneca has resulted in a very smart software solution for planning in the health care sector, which takes planning possibilities to a whole new level.
Hospital planning on a whole new level
With the jointly developed planning manager, users of K|M|S’s own software eisTIK® now have a “single-point-of-truth” for their planning projects. Instead of decentralised files, this application provides all information in one place in the database. In addition to this, central topics such as personnel and performance planning are immediately integrated into financial planning.
The application is an integrated tool whose planning functionalities are modular and include financial planning, including P&L, balance sheet and liquidity planning, performance planning at various levels and personnel planning.
It is possible to work with planning templates recommended by K|M|S as well as with your own planning models and to incorporate the planning results including projections into the eisTIK® analyses.
